A fast-paced night test

YART Yamaha Official EWC Team dominated the night test ahead of F.C.C. TSR Honda and GMT94 Yamaha.

The 8 Hours of Slovakia Ring night test was fast-paced from the get-go. YART Yamaha Official EWC Team dominated with a 2’04.415 lap. Marvin Fritz took a fall at the end of the session, but came out of it unharmed.

F.C.C. TSR Honda used the cool of the evening to improve its qualifying time, posting a 2’04.930 lap. The Japanese Honda, a Bridgestone-shod machine like the YART Yamaha Official EWC Team bike, placed ahead of GMT94 Yamaha, Team LRP Poland’s BMW, Bolliger Team Switzerland’s Kawasaki and Suzuki Endurance Racing Team.

Moto Ain CRT logged the seventh-fastest time of the night test to consolidate its position as the top Superstock, with Yamaha Viltaïs Experiences remaining its closest rival.

Next round of action on the track: the second qualifying Friday at 10.30am.
