VRD Igol Pierret Expériences have just recruited David Perret as the substitute for their riders Florian Alt, Xavier Siméon and Florian Marino, and will go into the final tests for the 24 Heures Motos as a full team.
Moto Ain have opted for a cosmopolitan line-up. At the 24 Heures Motos, the front-running French Superstock team will be fielding Italian rider Roberto Rolfo, Swiss rider Robin Mulhauser and British rider Stefan Hill.
Viltaïs are getting off to a fresh start with a new name: VRD Igol Pierret Expériences. At Le Mans, the French squad will entrust their Yamaha to an attractive new line-up comprising Florian Alt, Xavier Siméon and Florian Marino.
The 24 Heures Motos, the 2nd round of the 2018-2019 FIM EWC, will take place on 20 and 21 April on the Bugatti circuit at Le Mans. 60 teams will line up on the grid, including 39 full-season squads. All eyes will be on F.C.C. TSR Honda France, reigning champions and winners of the Bol d’Or, the season’s first race.
GERT56’s rider line-up for the 24 Heures Motos has been thrown into disarray. The German team have roped in Pepijn Bijsterbosch to step in for an injured Stefan Kerschbaumer alongside Julian Puffe and Lucy Glöckner on the BMW #56.
