Camille Hedelin will return to the FIM Endurance World Championship after the OG Motorsport World Endurance Team tweaked its rider line-up.
Frenchman Hedelin, a regular in the EWC over the years, has been recruited in place of Ludovic Rizza. Next month’s 24H SPA EWC Motos will be his first event with the Dunlop Superstock Trophy team with September’s Bol d’Or also part of Hedelin’s schedule.
"With Camille, we know each other very well, for a long time,” OG Motorsport boss Fabrice Auger said. “He rode with us back in the day, on the #66 and we rode together before. The goal is to strengthen the overall experience at the handlebars of the #13 by looking to bring riders at the most homogeneous level possible in line with our racing strategies. Camille has just a lot of experience, he rides a lot. He participates in the development of Dunlop tyres as well as the future BMW M1000RR.”
Hedelin will link up with existing OG riders Cocoro Atsumi Japan and Italy’s Roberto Rolfo. He wrote on Facebook: “Really happy to be back in the game”.
