F.C.C. TSR Honda piles on the pressure
F.C.C. TSR Honda posted the fastest lap recorded so far at the 1st edition of the 8 Hours of Slovakia Ring during the just-concluded warm-up.
With a 2’04.077 lap at this morning’s warm-up by Josh Hook, F.C.C. TSR Honda cranked up the pressure and firmed up its position as a candidate for the win at the first edition of the 8 Hours of Slovakia Ring. The Japanese team, which is third on the starting grid, clearly intends to join the battle for the FIM EWC 2016-2017 title currently being waged by Suzuki Endurance Racing Team, GMT94 Yamaha and YART Yamaha Official EWC Team.
Likewise, in the Superstock class Yamaha Viltaïs Experiences proved it is still very much in the running. Going by its superb warm-up performance, the Yamaha #333 is targeting a win, and is all set for a no-holds-barred fight for the Superstock World Cup, to be awarded after the finish of the 8 Hours of Slovakia Ring this evening.
The race will start at 1.30pm CEST today.
