Three hours into the race, Team SRC Kawasaki France is staving off Suzuki Endurance Racing Team’s attacks to keep the lead.

The first few hours of the race were highly eventful. A hotly fought first lap saw three different teams – Suzuki Endurance Racing Team, Team SRC Kawasaki France and ERC-BMW Motorrad Endurance – surge into the lead. F.C.C. TSR Honda France quickly caught up with the leading trio.

ERC-BMW Motorrad Endurance were the first to experience a setback. A crash involving them and Yamaha LCR Endurance sent both bikes flying to the ground. ERC-BMW Motorrad Endurance returned to the track an hour later in 56th place, 33 laps off the leader.

Several duels are being waged at the front end of the race. Team SRC Kawasaki France and Suzuki Endurance Racing Team have been battling for the lead since the start, while F.C.C. TSR Honda France, YART Yamaha and Honda Endurance Racing keep swapping positons behind them as one or other team refuels.

In Superstock, Team 33 Coyote Louit Moto, the pole sitter in this class, led the pack before returning to the pit box with an engine issue. Three hours in, Gert56 is the first Superstock, lapping in 10th place ahead of Junior Team LMS Suzuki and Tati Team Trickstar. Another Superstock team, Moto Ain, has unfortunately been forced to withdraw because of a broken gearbox.
