Belgian rider Loris Cresson was in full fight-back mode when the FIM Endurance World Championship stopped off at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in his homeland last weekend.
Along with team-mates Kevin Denis and Julien Pilot, Cresson helped BMRT 3D Maxxess Nevers battle back to 15th overall and seventh place among the Dunlop Superstock Trophy contenders in the 24H SPA EWC Motos.
The fightback was prompted after Pilot fell early in the race, a crash that left the team’s #24 in need of extensive repair.
“It was an unfortunate fall but offered a great show and a nice comeback,” a Facebook post from the team read. “The crew repaired the bike in record time. We had the pleasure of finishing the race, which unfortunately many deserving teams did not.”
