Stępień has joined Maco Racing Team as Assistant Manager after he left his Team Manager role with Wójcik Racing Team last November.
Speaking ahead of his week’s EWC season-opening 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans, Stępień said: “Maco Racing Team is looking strong with fast riders and will surely be competitive against the top teams.
“My job will be to help with organisation of the team as Assistant Manager. For me it’s another experience, and I’m so excited and motivated to co-operate with Maco Racing Team, one of the most experienced and oldest private teams in the EWC paddock with more than 20 years of experience.”
Yamaha-powered Maco Racing Team can count on Frenchman Enzo Boulom, Hungarian Bálint Kovács and Australian Anthony West in its pursuit of Formula EWC category success this season.
