FIM Endurance World Championship fans will once again be treated to the ultimate immersive viewing experience through a partnership between EWC promoter Discovery Sports Events and the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, organiser of this weekend’s 24 Heures Motos.
The EWC 360 Fan Tour is a completely free and fully immersive platform available at www.ewc360fantour.com from 12h00 CET on Friday 14 April.
Fully interactive, the EWC 360 Fan Tour combines virtual reality and 360° videos that are accessible through any computer, tablet, smartphone, or virtual reality headset.
There is no charge to access the service, which gives fans the opportunity to experience the EWC and the season-opening 24 Heures Motos like never before.
From the virtual room, or rather a 360° website, fans can go to the heart of the action by making their choices from several videos featuring a range of different views and attractions.
They include a tour of F.C.C. TSR Honda France’s pit box, the Yamalube YART Yamaha EWC Official Team transporter, the Dunlop race tyre service area, race control, safety car and an onboard lap.
The EWC 360 Fan Tour will also include three different views of the race start from the perspective of a rider, a mechanic and a fan in the grandstands, while videos of a pit stop by day and by night, the finish line and podium will also be made available.
Also accessible via FIMEWC.com and Lemans.org, the EWC 360 Fan Tour will include a selection of live videos that go behind the scenes during the pre-grid and from the pitlane on three separate occasions during the race.
