The Superstocks are proving unstoppable. Six hours into the race, 11 of the machines in this class are among the Top 20.

After making its mark in qualifying, Yamaha Viltaïs Experiences has outclassed the other Superstock teams since the start of the race. The bike – with Axel Maurin, Bastien Mackels and FlorIan Alt taking turns in the saddle – currently leads the category, placing 5th to 7th between refuelling stops. The squad’s main rivals are Tati Team Beaujolais Racing, with Julien Enjolras, Dylan Buisson and Kevin Denis on a Kawasaki, and Moto Ain CRT, with Alexis Masbou, Hugo Clere and Robin Mulhauser on a Yamaha. Junior Team Le Mans Sud Suzuki (Baptiste Guittet, Cédric Tangre and Robin Camus) and the Kawasaki-mounted Team 18 Sapeurs Pompiers (Eddy Dupuy, Benjamin Colliaux and Maxime Cudeville) have now joined the Superstock fray, and are regularly making forays into the Top 10.
