The 24 Heures Motos on TV

The 40th edition of the 24 Heures Motos, the 2nd round of the FIM EWC 2016-2017, will get wide coverage both in France and abroad.

In France, the entire race will be broadcast live on Eurosport 2 starting from 2.45pm on Saturday, as well as on Eurosport Player, which can be accessed directly from all the Eurosport websites on your smartphone or tablet.

A 23-minute ‘EWC All Access’ segment on Eurosport 1 will recap the highlights of the race at 11.30pm on Tuesday 18 April and again at 9am on Wednesday 19 April.

Outside France, Eurosport 2 will provide live coverage from 2.45pm to 9pm and from 11pm to 1am CEST. The live broadcast will start again on Sunday morning, from 7am to 11.30am and from 1pm through to the podium ceremony.

FIM EWC promoter Eurosport Events has also negotiated media coverage beyond the Eurosport network. French viewers can watch the 60 competing machines on sports channel L’Equipe. The channel will provide live coverage of the race from 2.30pm to 4pm Saturday, with a race recap scheduled from 5.40pm, and another live broadcast from 8pm to 8.50pm and from midnight to 1am. On Sunday, L’Equipe will cover the race live from 7am to 12.30pm, plus the final stretch from 2pm to 3.30pm.

Viewers in Africa and the Middle East can watch the race live on OSN from 1.45pm to 7.55pm GMT on Saturday 15 April, and from 6am to 10.30am and from noon to 2.15pm on Sunday.

A 23-minute segment, ‘EWC All Access’, will be shown on Garage TV in Spain, Fox Sports 3 in Asia and Velocity in the United States and Canada. ‘EWC Race Review’, a 44-minute programme covering the race highlights, will also be shown on OSN, Fox Sports and Velocity.
